My intention with my doula care is to strike a balance with both my depth of knowledge on perinatal and feeding best practices and my lived experience as both a birthing parent and birth partner/coparent. your clinical team is there to make sure your birth, postpartum, and newborn phase are following all the right checks and balances of normal development. I am there to sit with you in the experience. Heart forward guidance with a respect for your autonomy and dignity. Guided inquiry and requested advice will be provided in the right time. But ultimately, this is your winding path to walk. I can walk beside you while you get your footing.
Birth Doula Package
$1750
Four prenatal visits (two in your home) and continuous text and email support. On call care from 38 weeks to 42 weeks gestation, 2 postpartum visit.
Lactation Visits
$75-150
45 min to 90 min depending on need. Can be done virtually or in home. Prenatal education, latch checks, and trouble shooting for common lactation challenges.
Postpartum, transition or Grief Doula Care
$55/hr
Customized in home physical, emotional, and informational support as you navigate healing. Days and nights available.
